Refund policy
At Little Wild Kid, we carefully curate high-quality children's products and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please review our policy before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Eligible Items
Eligible items for return must meet all of the following conditions:
- Full-price items only (no sale or discounted items)
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
- No signs of wear, damage, stains, or odors
Items that do not meet all eligibility criteria will not be accepted for return and may be sent back to the customer at customer's expense.
The eligibility criteria above apply to standard returns (e.g., size issues or change of mind) and do not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- International orders
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be requested and approved in advance by contacting support@littlewildkid.store with your order number.
Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused.
Return Instructions
Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. We do not accept unsolicited returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (48-Hour Rule)
Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are handled separately from standard returns.
You must report any such issue within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, you must provide:
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (including shipping label)
- A description of the issue
If approved, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
Failure to report within 48 hours or provide sufficient evidence may result in denial of the claim.
Damage claims reported outside the 48-hour window may not be accepted as transit-related issues.
Product Representation
We strive to display product colors, textures, and details as accurately as possible. Variations due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing differences do not qualify as defects or “item not as described.”
Refunds
- All returns are inspected upon receipt.
- Refunds are issued only after approval.
- All full price item are eligible for refund to a store credit and you can use to make a new purchase.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect.
Rejected Returns
If a returned item does not meet our return conditions, the refund may be denied. The item may be returned to the customer at customer's expense.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are considered fulfilled once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should check with neighbors, building management, and the carrier. We may assist with carrier claims but are not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to customer-related reasons, the order may be refunded minus original shipping costs, return shipping fees, and any carrier charges.
Partial Refunds & Resolutions
Partial refunds or goodwill resolutions may be offered at our discretion. Acceptance of such an offer constitutes full and final settlement of the issue.
Proof of Claim
The burden of proof for all claims lies with the customer. Claims without sufficient supporting evidence may be denied.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us first at support@littlewildkid.store to resolve any issue before filing a chargeback.
We reserve the right to provide all relevant evidence—including order details, delivery confirmation, and customer communications—to dispute invalid claims.
Filing a chargeback after a resolution has been offered may be considered abuse of this policy.
