Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at Little Wild Kid. We are dedicated to delivering your whimsical treasures as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during seasonal collections or holidays), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (PST)

  • Operating Days: Monday – Friday

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options for the United States:

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through our carrier's website.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Little Wild Kid is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Shipping Insurance

Little Wild Kid is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We recommend taking photos of the damaged package as evidence.

6. Incorrect Address Policy

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping costs. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

7. Missing Packages (Winning Disputes)

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please contact your local courier. Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Little Wild Kid is not responsible for theft or "porch piracy." We recommend shipping to a secure location.

We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered or stolen. Please make sure you have your order delivered to a safe address or an address that you know your package will be get delivered safely.
